Kallisto Cella application branding

The official logo in kallisto-cella-source.png was supplied by the product owner
for use in this Kallisto Cella distribution, published by Kallisto Innovation.
The other application icons in this directory are mechanical derivatives of
that supplied artwork. Logo and trademark rights remain with their owner;
this repository does not grant a separate open-source licence to the supplied
logo or assert original authorship of it.

The supplied branding is separate from the upstream software, which remains
licensed under MIT OR Apache-2.0, with original copyrights and notices retained
in LICENSE-MIT, LICENSE-APACHE and NOTICE. The icon-generation code is covered
by those software licences. No original upstream application logo is included.
